The Global Coalition on Women and AIDS provides catalytic grants to help:

raise awareness of women and AIDS issues

ensure that women and AIDS issues figure prominently in National AIDS strategies

ensure that women have a seat at the table in all forums that help shape the national AIDS response

mobilize resources through National AIDS Strategies to scale up programmes for women

support civil society partners
